During the Winter season I have lost motivation to keep active throughout the weeks. I usually work out for about an hour everyday, by either walking, jogging, playing a sport, Zumba, or yoga. But I have slacked off a little and replaced exercise with dark chocolate, yum! Must try and stop! Would love to get back into training asap. And before Summer!!
I have moved numerous times to various places all over Australia. Traveling does have its benefits, but it also has a major downside. Since I was little, I only remember living in one town for more than a year, once. I have always wanted a home for myself and my future family. Having a place to always go back to and a place to always look forward to is something that is very important to me and my personal development.

Teenagers are the next group of people that are entering the world as young adults and will be in charge completely of the world's development. It is important that we teach them the benefits and values of sustainable living and how much of a difference it can make for our world.
I still have so much to learn, but I want more people to learn it with me.
