While becoming a bestselling author is my main career goal, until that point, I'd like to upgrade my 9 to 5. I've been with the government for over a year now, but the job and I have proven, over time, to not be a "fit" with each other. When you spend two-thirds of your waking hours in a place, you want to make sure you're doing something valuable that gives you satisfaction. As such, I am on the hunt once more to find a workplace that's more of a "fit", a place to spend my time and earn money while bigger dreams are pending.
Throughout all of the jobs I had in my late teens and twenties, writing was the common thread that kept me going. No other vocation fires my imagination and validates my creativity more than storytelling, andwhatever the genre, whatever the format, I'd like to make writing a living as well as a life.
Well, I've been out of a relationship for a year now, and I'd like to have someone special in my life again. All relationships are learning experiences, and what I've learned isn't so much that a partner completes you, but that she adds her power to yours and you both become stronger. It's the difference between "good" and "extraordinary". Being in love and being loved back in return is a great experience, and I'm excited about being able to have that again.
