I think that keeping a journal will help me reflect on my day to day actions and decisions and hopefully learn more about myself.
I love running but occasionally lose motivation. Training for a race keeps me motivated, I run more regularly and my conditioning improves when preparing for races. I regularly run 5 & 10K races and two years ago I ran my fist and only half-marathon. It was a huge rush to leave the gate with around 20,000 runners! I had a great race, however the last 4K was not a lot of fun.
