I haven't been working out for about two months, aside from the occasional walk outside. I usually enjoy my hour or two at the gym, several times a week. It is my own personal time to unwind, de-stress, listen to fun music, and the best part is when I work out hard enough and focus on healthy eating: I see and feel results.
Lately I've been noticing that clothes aren't fitting and I have low energy and a lot of stress. I'm so ready to get back on track!
My husband and I want to get pregnant and start our family. We have been trying for over a year and recently started fertility treatments (IUI with injectible medications). Month #1 wasn't too bad physically, but when it was unsuccessful, the mental stress for me began. I need to overcome the mental stress and get more balance in my life since I think that is affecting my physical well being.
