Its my life dream!
There a million reasons why this is an imperative and hopefully yearly goal! I can avoid harsh chemicals, grow organically, enjoy the bounty this Earth can provide us with. I can spend more time outside, have dirt under my nails, eat a tomato like an apple. I will can the goodness I can't eat at the time and enjoy fresh home-grown veggies throughout the cold of winter. I will teach my children to love the dirt we live on.
Heritage Turkeys are a dying breed. I want to spread the enjoyment of the animals our ancestors ate. I want to never eat a 'butterball' again- they can't walk, fly, or mate. Heritage's are important to keep our earth as natural as possible.
To start my dream of owning a winery.
Each state has so much to offer. This is my country, so I want to support local communities around it.
