Last year I was met with various health issures. While not serious, they did take their toll on me (physcially, mentally &they were time consuming). On the bright side, I learned to listen to my body and now eat intuitively and have lost 20+ lbs effortlessly. Now that I am healthier with my food/diet & my health issues are resolved, I want to be physically "kick-ass." I want strength, stamina, flexibility and balance in my body & life.
