What three things will you need to make this happen?
Exercise the long slow burn, weighted workouts, fun workouts, stretching, ab's and running Keep pushing plan on the dvd.
Healthy eating Clean diet, drink plenty of H20 pack my cooler lunches prepare for it, plan and eat smaller healthier choices when out or in difficult situations.
Positive mindset get your stars on my clander. I beleive in me and I do it.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
not getting back on the horse if I fall off and I am so determined to ride my horse to victory this will be no problem whatso ever.
