Why do you want to do this?
I've already ran a 5K race but I want to push myself to that next goal. 10K is a nice medium to train for and eventually do.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
I will need to train regularly and get my legs strong.
I will need people to run with or go to the gym with for motivation.
I will need to choose a race and set a deadline for myself.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Not taking the time out to workout and train.
