To be more energetic, to feel better about my body
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Eat better. Establish a routine with my plate half full of vegetables. Try whole grain bread occasionnaly; have more fish. Limit desserts and sweets.
Exercise more. Find activities that I enjoy so it does not feel painful to go. Group sports, fencing, dance and choreography...
Treat myself to nice clothes once the efforts paid off!
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Lack of energy, time, discipline and will.
