Why do you want to do this?

Because i want to be fit. I want to feel good about myself. I'm tired of being self-concious. I want to look && feel good in my body.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Drink WATER

Exercise

Stop eating fast food

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

I go good at it for a while, then i give up && i don't want to give up.

Don't give up, make a  commitment to yourself everyday.  If it helps, make your fitness goal an offering to someone who needs a little more energy or inspiration in their life, or just someone you love- it could be someone different everyday or every month.  You may be more likely to stick with your goal if you if you have an additional motivation. My advice on the fast food, is just don't go there!
