Save Save Save... Say no to other things in order to make this a reality.
Increase my incomes from multiple sources to increase how much I have for a downpayment.
Research prices and locations... WHERE I want to live will play a bit role in this.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
CASH. I am finding it hard to get by all the time, so saving that extra bit is always a challenge.
