Why do you want to do this?
I've always wanted to do it, but I've been too scared to do it myself. Now I decided that that excuse isn't a good enough reason for holding me back
What three things will you need to make this happen?
I will need to train in the gym at least a couple times a week.
Yoga should help :)
Find out when the next competition is and plan for it
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Just getting too busy to follow through with it.
As you progress with your goal, share the resources you find helpful with others who can also benefit from them.
