Lifestyle & Fitness: Dream Purchases
Why do you want to do this?
I want to become healthier for the following reasons:
1. To prepare my body, mind and spirit for carrying a child next fall.
2. To create a healier lifestyle for my family.
3. To loose weight, look great, and feel confident again.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
See a nutritionist. I have contacted a local nutritionist and I am waiting to hear back. I plan on visiting the nutritionist to come up with a healthy nutritional meal plan for all aspects of the day.
Start exercising. I will join the Breslau Bootcamp fitness class two times a week starting in January. Twice a week I will work at increasing my cardio and muscular strength.
In the spring I will join a running club through The Running Room. Until then, I will do Pilates when I wake up in the monring Tues, Wed and Fri. I will also try meditation before bed once a week.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Self control. I need to stay focused and not let things get in the way like work, treat days, tiredness, dissappointment. I need to make a commitment to myself to stay on track. I will likely need some sort of daily journal to track my progress.
