This is an opportunity to expand my career connections and options. One of my bosses/mentors is strongly encouraging me.

I will need to download the forms, update my resume, and compose answers to the application.

I need to highlight my main points and get them to my recommendation-letter-writer as soon as possible.

If I'm accepted, I need to take full advantage of the program.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

I need to carve out the time to apply, and overcome my anxieties related to another career event that are stalling me out.
