Why do you want to do this?

Being that I graduated high school in 2003, and I have a resume that has been in the Culinary Industry for the past ten years, I find it hard to live on minimum wage and trying to find a career that would fit all of my needs. I would like to live comfortably but not scrounging around to pinch two pennies together.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Patience, it something I don't have, and being that I have a learning disability, it really puts a strain on me because I struggle with the most basic of classes like math, writing, comprehension and English classes.

Money- very hard to do when your are required to go to school full time to get the funding you need, when really all I need is to go one class at a time, I really can't afford to poor and while trying to get an education.

Self Confidence, I don't think I'm worth the time or energy to get a real education, I'm so use to playing it safe that I don't challenge myself to succeed!!

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Over coming the mental game.
