I've eaten fish for my protein 3 days this week.  Go Omega 3s!!!

Yeah yeah yeah.  Not sure brownies were a good health choice today.  But there's always tomorrow.  Can't deprive myself.

What is healthy that can be eaten in the car that my children will still enjoy?  Yikes, there's a tall order.
