Also, I have a friend there I want to see and spend time talking with. My best friend and I are talking about 2012.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Learn to SCUBA dive and earn enough dive points to be able to dive there.
Save up travel money.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Not much, only lack of money and inability to SCUBA dive.
