I am currently on high blood pressure medication and I would like to get off of it. I need to lose more than 10pds but this is a start.

exercise daily with a focus on 5 days a week intensely
increase my water intake to 8 glasses a day
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
losing momentum in a few days, believing that I am tired, stress from work
