Why do you want to do this?
I haven't been working out for about two months, aside from the occasional walk outside. I usually enjoy my hour or two at the gym, several times a week. It is my own personal time to unwind, de-stress, listen to fun music, and the best part is when I work out hard enough and focus on healthy eating: I see and feel results.
Lately I've been noticing that clothes aren't fitting and I have low energy and a lot of stress. I'm so ready to get back on track!
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Renewed membership to the gym near work so I can go at lunch time - check! Now I just need to get there during my crazy work schedule:)
Adding this to my calendar like an appointment - and signing my husband up too so we can get healthy together. He is not into fitness, but he is willing to sign up for the gym as long as we go together so it is something healthy and positive we can do together.
The right gear - I got my new iPod and gym bag, now I need some new outfits, new songs to download, and maybe a sporty watch or an extra pair of sneakers.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Just making this a priority - and sticking to it!
