Why do you want to do this?
I always like the freedom of running and the great filling of the oxygen while is burned by your body. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years I didn't have the time to keep in fit.
Now I have decided to work over that and the MyLifeList 's 21Day Challenge is another reason to keep in track. Tomorrow 11/1 I ll start with my first day of training.
So wish me luck and some courage maybe...
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Keep in track
A lot of training based on a 8-week schedule I found
Do not stop and actually run at the 10k
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
myself, cold, and raining as most of the training should be outside not on a gym in order to steadily get used to the road and environment.
As you progress with your goal, share the resources you find helpful with others who can also benefit from them.
