Why do you want to do this?
In 2010 I commenced a program I refer to as My 300. I decided that there is opportunity to complete 300 units of exercise per day by way of;
100 Push Ups
200 Sit Ups
In addition, I decided that a further 40 units of exercise could be counted by completing 20 minutes of aerobic exercise.
My total score in 2010 was around 35,000 which means I completed on average 95.8 units of exercise per day.

Procrastination and laziness.
