Why do you want to do this?
I always wanted to proove I am fit can finish a big challenge and say I competed.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Work out
Train for a marathon. take swim lessons and buy another bike.
Get the information on the contest and set a goal to compete.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
ME: getting started. working out. losing weight. psyching myself up to say that even though I am older I can do this.
