Why do you want to do this?
Having turned 46 it occured to me I didn't do things just for fun. I didn't have that 8 year old excitement that one experiences when you're a child.
So, I want to put fun back into my life.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Establish a list of fun activities - starting with a list of 20.
Identify the basic activities and then be mindful of how to develop each one so that they represent 5 or 6 different possibilities.
ie: Go for a Bike Ride
1) Alone to a quiet place on the Beach;
2) Ride with a freind to a nice place for lunch;
3) Ride to the markets
Establish a process to choose one of these each Saturday morning.
Focus and remained determined to choose and act.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Procrastination and lack of focus.
As you progress with your goal, share the resources you find helpful with others who can also benefit from them.
