How are you coming along with your goal My2Gs?  We've been able to make it to this stage too.  It's taken a tonne of hard work, strategizing and learning some new principles like 'delayed gratification' and utilizing the resoursed available to us without purchasing more, but we're happy to be in a much more secure position these days.  Have you gone to the bank to see if you can change your Mortgage to a Line of Credit? We were able to make significant progress toward our goal by making this simple change.  Congratulations on your successes so far.  What a huge accomplishment.
