Why do you want to do this?
I want to compete.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
I am currently training with the Ottawa Lions Athletic Track & Field Club.
I am training 3 days a week, for a total of 6 hours a week. Very grueling!
I will be competing in a Provinicial Meet in July.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
