Why do you want to do this?

I'm 20lbs overweight. Time to get back to the gym!

better eating plan

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Alot of times I just don't feel like working out. I would much rather just be able to eat what I eat and stay the same size! Apparently after 30, it doesn't work that way anymore!

Last night I went to the gym for the first time in 2 months! It felt remarkably good! It helped that I found my lost MP3 player and loaded several new songs! Planning to go again tonight!

Haven't had a chance to get back into a good workout schedule but getting there. Went yesterday, planning on going again today. I should probably go back to bed though if I wanna fulfill this!

Hi Kendra, I'm on board with this one too! I stepped on the scale one day recently and I was aghast ... I thought, huh, if I had somehow gained an extra 20 pounds, shouldn't I have, oh, I don't know, NOTICED?!! LOL. This moment pretty much coincided with a sinus infection turned bronchitis, and then we threw the Life Listers' Ball last weekend. So I'm focusing myself on next week, thinking about what classes I want to do at the gym. I find if I pick my classes ahead of time, I'm much more likely to make progress. Do you have a particular type of workout you like to do?
