Why do you want to do this?
I want to live a healthy lifestyle and now is the time to make these changes.
**Update** Thanks to sticking to my plan so far this year I have lost 11 pounds and continue to take 2 dance classes a week. I just signed up for a Wellness Challenge at work as well. I bring my lunch almost every day allowing for the occasional lunch out, but have been very focused on adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet & I eat about 5 times a day instead of 2 or 3 large meals. I don't consider this goal completely achived yet, but I'm so much closer! **
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Well-planned meals/grocery shopping lists to ensure a healthy diet.
Motivation for working out a few times a week.
Support from family, friends, and anyone else that pushes me along!
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Telling myself I'm too busy to get my lunch for the next day ready or cook dinner instead of eating fast food. Also, telling myself I'll workout tomorrow instead of just doing it.
