Why do you want to do this?
I was always in good shape and then poof...gone. I am 29 and as soon as I hit 25 things changed. As things in life changed, so did my body. I need to pick up the pace and start working out again!
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Decide what my workout plan will be (gym/home treadmill/run outside?)
Generate a workout schedule (somewhat strict so it is more structured)
And actually DO IT! Summer is creeping up on us...
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
As you progress with your goal, share the resources you find helpful with others who can also benefit from them.
