Why do you want to do this?

I was always in good shape and then poof...gone. I am 29 and as soon as I hit 25 things changed. As things in life changed, so did my body. I need to pick up the pace and start working out again!

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Decide what my workout plan will be (gym/home treadmill/run outside?)

Generate a workout schedule (somewhat strict so it is more structured)

And actually DO IT! Summer is creeping up on us...

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

 Hey, congratulations on this one too.  How's your plan coming along?  It's a new year and still resolution time.  I'll work on this one with you as my goal is 60 lbs this year.  Let me know how it's going.
