Why do you want to do this?

To have financial freedomand be able to pay for my child's college education.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Pay off credit cards

Pay off car loans

Pay off 2nd mortgage

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Creating a budget and actually sticking to it. Also getting rid of our third vehicle to bring debt down

Enji, this is a fantastic goal and I have to commend you for putting this on your Life List.  I had to go through the process of digging myself out of a huge hole some years ago and I am so happy that I did.  Have you thought about how you're going to accomplish this goal at all?  There's a great method that worked for me and I even posted a story about if you'd like to read it on my page or it's #20 on the MLL 90.  Here's the link to the method.  Let me know your thoughts.
