Why do you want to do this?
I want to lose my baby weight and get back and shape and feel good about my body again. This extra weight is definitely causing some self-esteem issues.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
I would like to work out 3-4 times per week.
I need to cut out snacking so much and eating out also.
Although I have my job, picking up the house, and caring for my infant son, I need to make time for myself to get in my exercise.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
I have such a hard time following through. When I mess up once I usually throw in the towel instead of trying to get back on track as soon as possible.
