Why do you want to do this?
Through stress at work and newly acquired health issues, my quality of life has suffered dramatically. I need to get into a routine with food (cooking, eating, etc.) that promotes and supports a healthier me.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Learn to cook
Finish elimination diet to determine all allergies
Get jazzed about the change
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Fear of cardboard tasting monotonous food, lack of time to prepare meals
