Hello J:  I can totally appreciate why you'd want to make this a goal.  Finding the right life partner can be a real challenge, especially for someone who may not be the most outgoing to begin with.  In fact, it was one of the main goals on my own life list for many years.  Have you thought a little about what it may take to achieve your goal here?  I'm asking, because the three steps you might take to help you reach your goal are still open.  What would you be willing to do to make your goal a success story?  It may mean that you'll have to change some things in your life or stretch a little out of your comfort zone to meet some new people.  Maybe enrolling in a course that you might enjoy as a hobby and talking to some new people might be a good place to start?  Maybe letting your friends know that you wouldn't be opposed to meeting some of their friends?  I think a perfect place to begin your journey might be to take a look at all the incredible things you have to offer a partner in a committed relationship.  I used a very methodical approach to finding my own life partner and even wrote a story about it on my page if you're interested in reading about what I did to achieve this goal.  One way or the other, I wish you the best of luck with this very worthy goal and I hope you'll let us know about your process.
