I want to be healthier and I want to feel better in my own skin.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Go for a walk or workout every day. At least one mile every morning and evening.
Limit my sweets and alcohol intake. plan my meals weekly.
Go to the grocery store and come up with a meal plan and stick with it weekly.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Not making time to plan my meals and going out to eat too often.
