Better health. Maintain physically fit so I can have a better lifestyle, enjoy my family.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

A goal as to when I want this completed. I think a month is a good time frame.

I need lots of motivation...lots and lots... and lots.

I need an accountability person.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Today I started my workout.  I had a few problems getting out of bed, mostly because I didn't want to but I did...yay.  I feel great. So I'm going to keep that feeling as a reminder of why I want to keep going.
