Go to Dr Nelson to revisit Hormone treatment.

Listen to Jillian CDs for encouragement and knowledge.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

The amount of meds I'm still on for a cronic illness.

Saw Dr Nelson and had blood draw to determine hormone levels.
