Why do you want to do this?

Because it is a challenge and I know it is something that will benefit my life short and long-term.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

I will need to have the strength, literally, to complete this six days every week.

I will need to have motivation through my family and friends to tell me that I can do this.

I will need a realistic outlook on the pitfalls of such a rigorous program. I can get injured again. But that doesn't mean to stop and not complete it. Rest, recovery, regain!

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Currently I am injured after doing this program for 3 weeks. I pulled a groin muscle and have been out for over 8 weeks. Starting April 01, 2011 I am hoping to be cleared to work out again!

 Good luck with this! Always keep in the back of your head that it will benefit you in the short term and long term. I've recently made the goal to myself to go to the gym everyday. Knowing that I am only benefiting myself has helped a lot! Don't give up!! and good luck healing! =)

 Thank you!  I am ready to start again, the itch has been killing me to not be able to work out.
