Why do you want to do this?
Because it is a challenge and I know it is something that will benefit my life short and long-term.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
I will need to have the strength, literally, to complete this six days every week.
I will need to have motivation through my family and friends to tell me that I can do this.
I will need a realistic outlook on the pitfalls of such a rigorous program. I can get injured again. But that doesn't mean to stop and not complete it. Rest, recovery, regain!
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Currently I am injured after doing this program for 3 weeks. I pulled a groin muscle and have been out for over 8 weeks. Starting April 01, 2011 I am hoping to be cleared to work out again!
