Why do you want to do this?
I want to be able to breathe without wheezing. I want to not worry about the way I smell and the way my car and apartment smell. I want to let go of the control that cigarettes have over me. I want to be able to conquer this once and for all!
What three things will you need to make this happen?
The patch or gum for at least 2 weeks
Support from family and friends
Distractions to help keep my mind off of it.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
I'm addicted to the motions of smoking. The nicotine is not really something that I feel I am "addicted" to it the motions that I get to go through when smoking that trigger me to want to smoke.
