Why do you want to do this?

I want to be proud of my body when looking into the mirror instead of thinking "Oh my gosh". Also I want to reach my ideal weight and want to be able to keep this weight for a long period or even forever. My dream is to being able to wearing all cloth I like.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Eat less chocolocate and suits - I'm addicted :(. Also resist fast food.

Do sports at least 2 times a week, if possible 3 times.

Avoid getting hungry and then eating all I can get.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

My self-discipline to resist chocolate (especially at work) and fast food.

I'm also trying to loose weight by following some routine. So tell me how is it going so far for you? are you able to achieve some of it?

Dear Orchid,

when it comes to sport, yes :) But the chocolate side is the biggest issue for me. I've already lost 6 kilos but the last 6 kilos I want to achieve are sooo hard. Any tipps to deal with chocolat addition? ;)
