Become more healthy, extend my life, and live a fuller life.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Exercise at least 3 days a week, in addition to my 2 days / week training.

Drink at least 4 glasses of water a day.

Limit fast food, including delivered pizza.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Resisting cooking.
