Why do you want to do this?

i love babies. I would welcome the busywork and comraderie in a baby unit and meeting new moms.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

education?

a flexible schedule

money to pay for an educaton, or enough money to allow a part time/volunteer type job.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

i work full time and bring in a decent salary to pay our family's expenses. if I leave my full time job, i'd be screwing our family.
