Why do you want to do this?

I'm tired of being a peon. I want to be in a position where I can support people, build them up, and watch them succeed.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Education. I am working on this right now.

Support. I need to find a company who can see the possibilities I have to offer, and to give me a chance. All too often these companies require you to have experience in management, but no one will allow you the opportunity to get the experience... Catch 22

Experience. Throwing myself into different positions to get the experience that many companies are looking for will allow me to move up the career ladder.

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

A combination of Education and Support. Once I have my education I will have the piece of paper that says I can do the job. Then I need to find a company to Support me; they need to look beyond my past positions and see what I have done as accomplishments in those positions.
