Why do you want to do this?
I want to take care of my body and my health, be at a healthy weight for my height (between 130-150 pounds--my personal goal is 140 lbs.) and I want to honor God with my body, look and feel good, and have more energy.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Follow spark people nutrition and fitness goals. Use the spark community to get motivation and support.
Eat right and express emotions in healthy ways.
Work out regularly--get a gym membership so I can vary my workouts more!
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Laziness, lack of motivation, fear.
As you progress with your goal, share the resources you find helpful with others who can also benefit from them.
