Why do you want to do this?
When I was younger, I was an athlete. It is time to regain my form. I want to be healthy and active in my older years. Age doesnt have to slow you down. I am going to have the time of my life, and it would suck to let illness and/or injury slow me down.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
Kick my Dr. Pepper addiction.
Follow my workout plan.
Start Weight Watchers.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Self-limiting beliefs and fear of failure.
