Why do you want to do this?

I want to do this before I am thirty thats 7 months. Perhaps use this to eliviate this the effects of not smoking.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Start small and work my way up.

Use time before work or after.

Diet after I have established an excersise routine and quit smoking

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Hi Chanty, this is great timing for this goal. I've been working on a weight loss goal myself, and I find it helps to keep track of what you're doing that's good and what you're doing that is maybe hindering your progress.
