It's a tough one, though.  I don't really have control over it.  I did post the like a couple times on my FB page.  And, unfortunately, I have to put out money to get the listing in the first place, thereby increasing my current debt.  

However, when it sells (and I'm really trying to go with when, and not 'if'), then I can not only have my credit cards wiped clean but can dig into other bills & necessary projects, too. 

I am really "willing" for this to happen.  I've spent (wasted?) the money on a timeshare resale site.  I'm hoping this will push it along.  Need to be rid of it by the end of the year.  Wondering if there's a more-active method that won't cost me any more $$. 

Need everyone thinking positive thoughts for me!!!!

This goal is so frustrating because there's really not much I can do to push it along.  I did lower the price which I'm told should prompt people to inquire and make offers. 

I think what I need to do is visualize myself receiving the money from the sale. 

Oooo, I think I'll go on The Secret website and print off that check (the one from the Universe) that I can fill in the amount.  I'll make it a reasonable amount and hang that up to remind myself to visualize this happening.  

Hey, I'm glad I started typing this entry...   just doing that gave my the idea!! 

I printed off my check on the 7th as I said I would.  It's hanging up in my cabinet in my desk at work.  I wrote it for $500 less than the asking price.  The check is dated for today, so maybe I'll get that call.

No calls yet.  I sent an email to my resale salesperson to see what's up.  Looking for the good news to come!  I continue to look at my check from the Universe daily.  The real one can't be far behind...

While I was praying for this to be done before the new year, it has not.  Sadly, this will put me further into credit card debt while I have to pay the yearly dues this week (actually should have paid them 2 days ago, but forgot).  Anywho, once we sell, the dues I pay will be reimbursed, but sadly, that doesn't help my current situation. 

Back to work today and back to checking out my "Universe" check daily.  When this sale does go through, it'll be an awesome day!

I am praying this sale goes through during the 21 Day Challenge - Would be completely awesome to have this "Story" to post!!!!!

 Where is your timeshare?  What is teh size of the unit?  Who runs it (RCI, or another hotel company?)  Perhaps I can help.

While originally based in Williamsburg, VA, anything within Diamond Resorts, there is no exchange fee for, so you can visit www.diamondresorts.com to see their properies.  I was also a member of Interval International, allowing me to exchange my Diamond Property to an Interval property (there is a fee for that). 
 

I wished we used it more, but now that we bought a trailer, our vacations are mainly camping based now. 

 Thanks Zinfull.  The location is not right for me at thsi time.  I have one already with RCI and liek teh idea of multiple locations in teh carribean.  Thanks for sharing your info though and good luck with your goal.

Thanks, Erik, for taking a look.  We did actually go to St. Maarten a couple of years ago on this and there's no fee.  I think the way they work it now is that it's "trust" of multiple locations.  I almost wish they didn't list it as "Williamsburg, VA" because it's really not just that.  I think it's listed that way because that's where I originally bought it. 

Anyway, feel free to share the info, spread the word.  Anything helps!
