Often times I have nice things to say about others, but my own fears and anxiety get the best of me. (Such as I love that skirt; or just making small talk)
What three things will you need to make this happen?
When I have a nice thought about someone that comes to mind, address negative thinking such as, "They might react negatively."
Practice with people I trust.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
Self doubt and anxiety keep me from being who I truly am.
