Greenmtngal, this is a really unique and wonderful goal! So glad you posted it. What does it take to open a winery, anyway, and how did you get interested? You have to buy land, plant grapes, harvest, distill? I'm so curious about this process. Do you have any more thoughts about this? Would love to know more. Thanks!
