I want to do this because I want to be in the best shape possible. I also want to do this because it will prove that I can do it, and do it well.

What three things will you need to make this happen?

Run fast for a maximum of 26 miles

Bike well, over hills for a maximum of 112 miles

Swim strongly for a maximum 2.5 miles

What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?

Building endurance
