Why do you want to do this?
Because I know running is good for you and I would really like to compete in 5Km runs that happen in my community. I believe I would be at my ideal fitness goal if I can job 5km successfully consistently.
What three things will you need to make this happen?
I need to make time in my schedule to train.
I need to get the proper tools.
I need make a plan or schedule on how I should progress.
What is the biggest barrier to your achieving this?
I'm sooo freaking lazy!
