Hi DSS! Hope you've been making progress on this goal. There are so many of us who are working on the same thing, so be sure to reach out if there's someone who can support you.

We also run a 21-Day Challenge starting Jan. 10 to help increase motivation and focus on the habits that make sustainable change more possible. Prizes on the line and it's all about collaboration and awareness. Hope you'll participate!
